"(Aug'25) We had a wonderful dining experience at this place. We went on a weekend, and while the mall and food court were buzzing with people, this place was surprisingly calm and not overcrowded—probably because it’s a little on the pricier side. Everything we ordered turned out excellent, and the service was absolutely top-notch—we didn’t even have to call the staff once, as everything was managed so smoothly. We had the Veg Shashlik Sizzler (5/5), All Veggie Pizza (4.5/5), Arrabiata Pasta (5/5), Oreo Shake (5/5), and Fruit Passionate Mocktail (5/5). Each dish was delicious, with special mention to the sizzler and the mocktail—they were outstanding. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we’re already excited to go back. Truly one of those meals that makes you smile long after it’s over!"

However, the overall experience is brought down by poor service. Staff were inattentive and slow, with long waits even for basic requests, which took away from the enjoyment of the meal. The ambiance is average not particularly impressive but decent enough for a casual dining experience. If you’re visiting purely for the food, it’s still worth it, but don't expect much in terms of service or atmosphere."

"The service and ambience were good. However, the food was not that great and was served cold initially. When we pointed it out, they were kind enough to replace it with fresh, hot food at no extra cost, which we appreciated. That said, the taste was quite basic and most dishes felt like they had been prepared earlier and reheated before serving. The drinks were good though, especially the mocktails"

"The food was all fine but the staff was not aware of everything and the manager was very rude and also we brought a cake for our mom and along with it there were some extra things for cake decoration. But they don't care,These people ruined my mom's birthday experience,No, these people did not allow a birthday song to be played for 10 seconds. I believe that today is Christmas but such days keep coming, But don't play with anyone's emotions, you people, business is one side and humanity is another traffic!! Please improve your habits otherwise people will make negative comments in future!!"
